Last week me and the husband grilled our dinners almost every night.
It was complete bliss.
And the tastiest?
Grilled balsamic-rosemary salmon.
What you need:
salmon steaks {or fillets}
1 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
fresh lemon juice {I used a half of a lemon}
fresh rosemary
What you do:
Whisk together all the ingredients in a shallow bowl. Place the salmon in the bowl and marinate the fish for about 30 minutes. Once the salmon is marinated place it on a preheated grill. Grill the salmon about 4 minutes on each side on high heat.
